I’m Ant, a freelance sales specialist, and I’ve worked in sales for over a decade.

I still do, for some of the UK’s leading health & wellness brands: driving sales growth and bringing a strategic focus to the sales function of those businesses.

I also help small business owners (like you) to sell more by building profitable and sustainable sales strategies.

I’m a small business owner myself, and I know how tough things are.

Juggling countless tasks and forever growing to-do lists is often the way of even the most seasoned entrepreneur.

But how will your business grow if all you do is tick off jobs on a list?

To grow sales in your business, you need three core elements in place:

  1. Strategy – A detailed plan for achieving success in your business in the long term (12 months is enough for most small businesses)
  2. Planning – A blueprint to map out how your business will achieve its strategy – think quarterly / monthly objectives & targets.
  3. Process – How will you progress your prospects (potential clients) through to paying customers.

Sounds simple, right?

But how often do you take the time to work ‘on’ your business?
